Individuals Ages 18+
Individual therapy consists of building a trusting relationship, giving you a space to be you, learning a better relationship between your thoughts, emotions, and behavior, as well as how your mind-body connection affects you. I will coach you through the skills you feel are needed to increase control, feel more fulfilled in life, and maintain balance. We will also check in on that relationship with yourself, very important for growth.

Athletes Ages 8+
It takes a great amount of mindfulness to succeed in sports. Research shows specific character traits and techniques can support the athlete in sports. Let’s learn together how to better use your thoughts, emotions, and regulation skills to increase performance quality and get you feeling your best.

Couples Counseling
This is a great space for partners who are wanting to maintain or create a healthy foundation for a long term relationship. I can coach you through interpersonal skills I believe support the individual and the relationship. We also spend a good amount of time learning in session. Relationships are one of the greatest challenges of life so the more educated you are on the other and expectations of what a healthy relationship consists of, the greater the outcome.

Parenting
I can support the parenting and discipline area of life through coaching behavior modification strategies. We will explore what has worked, whats is not working, and what is developmentally appropriate. I can also support the IEP/505 process if needed.

Family Therapy
I can help coach and support the family through learning about the dynamics that are currently affecting the family. We will learn and walk through tools to support each individual while maintaining an equilibrium of the family system.

Something a little extra..
I take a biopsychosocial model for healing as well as tie in new neuropsychology theories on trauma and the nervous system. We can also talk a bit about hormones and vitamins; lots of cool new healing techniques out there. I ask clients to bring a journal or use their phone to maintain what has been learned and to maintain change.
